⚡️Financial Manager at INSIDE FAMILY⚡️ Hi! The INSIDE FAMILY team is looking for a talented financial manager.💵 We are a traffic arbitrage media buying team that is growing, and we need a professional who knows how to work with budgets, analytics for scheme-based traffic, and turn numbers into specific business decisions 💼 📌What you will be doing: • Preparing P&L and CF financial reports • Calculating and processing salaries and other forms of remuneration (you will not need to make payments) • Analyzing marketing expenses to ensure profitable operations (reconciling spends from buyers) • Collaborating with the team to optimize financial strategies • Keeping records of financial funds for other company expenses 📌Our expectations: • Experience working with finance in traffic arbitrage or a digital business • Experience working with P&L and CF financial reports • Confident Excel/Google Sheets, 1C or ERP skills (complex formulas, pivot tables) • Attention to detail, responsibility, and meeting deadlines • Understanding of scheme-based traffic and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV) 📌What we offer: • 5/2 schedule • Fully remote work • Fixed salary + KPI bonuses • Opportunity for professional development: education, training • Friendly team, clear processes, and support at every stage ‼️Mandatory NDA signing 📨Apply: @recruitinsidefam
