📋 What you will do

  • Work with the strategy team to ideate and develop engaging influencer campaigns
  • Generate thoughtful target lists of influencers based on campaign KPIs
  • Craft detailed creator briefs around key program objectives and creative goals
  • Assist with negotiating and executing contracts with influencers
  • Onboard and oversee creators as they plug into the overall marketing program
  • Serve as the main point of contact for creators, maintaining daily communication
  • Ensure that creator content meets brand standards
  • Stay up to date on social media and creator trends
  • Assist with managing campaign budgets to ensure profitability
  • Cover in-person creator events

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience with a brand or agency in a similar capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate campaign goals and objectives
