Inventory Planner

📋 What you will do

• Evaluate sales forecasts and execute inventory purchases
• Manage replenishment for high-SKU DTC assortment across two fulfillment centers
• Maintain supplier configurations and replenishment parameters in ERP and planning systems
• Investigate forecast exceptions and drive accuracy through data-informed adjustments
• Monitor key inventory KPIs and drive corrective action
• Build and maintain reporting in Looker, Excel, and AI-driven analytics tools
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to develop strategies for aged inventory
• Work closely with suppliers on replenishment orders and forecasted commitments
• Liaise with Billing and Accounting on invoicing and receipt discrepancies
• Track orders from PO submission through EDI confirmation and receipt
• Recommend stock balance transfers between warehouse locations based on demand signals
• Proactively identify and pilot AI and automation opportunities in planning
