Implementation Specialist

📋 What you will do

• Take ownership of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, status reports, and user guides
• Collaborate with customers to translate their requirements into product configurations
• Train customers on software usage, best practices, and workflow optimization
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor's degree (Nursing Informatics degree is a plus)
• 2+ years of software implementation experience
• Prior experience in a healthcare or health IT environment strongly preferred
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Empathy, customer service mindset, curiosity, and resilience

• Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 per year
