📌 Responsibilities
— Recruiting across all agency departments: from briefing to completing a new hire’s onboarding (70% of the time);
— Building a talent pool database;
— Participating in various HR projects: employer ratings, assessment activities, internal communications, and many other engaging and interesting initiatives.
📌 What we expect
— Successful recruiting experience of at least 1 year;
— Readiness, ability, and desire to work with different niche vacancies;
— Higher education (HR management or psychology is a plus) or close to completing it;
— Strong learning ability;
— Experience working with various software products;
— Diligence, emotional resilience, quick thinking, energy, integrity, and a desire to develop in recruiting and HR as a whole.
