Head of People Management (HRD) Format: remote We are one of the leading international iGaming holdings with a team of more than 5,000 professionals worldwide. Our portfolio includes proprietary gaming products, strong marketing and media buying divisions, as well as several ambitious affiliate projects. We are growing rapidly, strengthening our positions in global markets, and building a strong HR function capable of scaling the business through people. We are looking for a strong Head of People Partners who will lead the People Partner function and help scale the HR function in a fast-growing online business. What matters to us: — Residence outside the Russian Federation / Belarus; — Experience as Head of HR / Head of People Partners / HRD; — Experience managing a team of 10+ employees; — Experience working in companies with 1,000+ employees; — Practical experience scaling HR processes in a fast-growing business; — Experience building and developing the People Partner function; — Experience in IT or a tech environment will be an advantage; — Russian or Ukrainian — C1+; — English — fluent (required). Key responsibilities: — Lead a team of People Partners (15+ people) in an international structure; — Develop the team, set goals and quality standards; — Monitor workload and efficiency; — Ensure training and professional growth of the team; — Make staffing decisions based on HR metrics; — Analyze the effectiveness of the organizational structure; — Prepare analytics and reports for C-level.
