🚀 Growth Marketer — Web3 We are looking for the first person to lead growth. Not an SMM manager, not support — someone who will build the entire growth function from scratch and deliver results. What you will do: — Build a growth strategy: channels, funnels, hypotheses — Find crypto influencers and KOLs, build long-term partnerships — Grow the Telegram channel: organic growth, collabs, content pipeline — Launch AI-agent workflows (ready-made solutions are already available, the tech team will help implement ideas) — Create funnels and pre-landers using neural networks — ideas from you, code handled by the tech department — Hire SMM and build a team around yourself — Track CAC, influencer ROI, conversion — weekly numbers and conclusions Required: — Cases of growing crypto accounts/communities with numbers — Real experience with Web3 — Systems thinking — the whole funnel, not just individual posts — Clear copywriting without fluff — Working with AI tools is not a plus, but a necessity Plus: on-chain analytics, referral programs, your own connections in crypto Conditions: remote work, direct access to the founder, freedom in tools and budget 📩 Apply: @alphabet301
