JoinBet — an iGaming product for the Turkish market We are looking for a designer who can create performance creatives, not just something “pretty”.   🚀 What you will do: — Creatives for social media / promos / campaigns / email campaigns — Banners for the affiliate team (including landing page KVs) — Design for Telegram, Twitter/X — In-product banners (homepage, user account, pop-ups) — Templatization of creatives for scaling — Support and development of the visual style  ✅ Requirements: — 1+ year of design experience — iGaming experience is mandatory — Ability to work with AI (generation, animation, etc.) — Portfolio with relevant cases — Understanding of what a converting creative is  ⭐️ Nice to have: — Templatization / production acceleration — Landing pages / web design  🌍 Conditions: — Remote work — Flexible start of the day — Fixed salary (to be discussed) — Fast-growing product  ⚠️ Important: —  The hiring process involves completing a test task 📩 Application: send your portfolio right away (we won’t consider applications without it) + a brief summary of your iGaming experience
