📝 Description

📌 What you’ll be doing
— Improve the quality and effectiveness of communication with users of our website through different types of mailings (for now, these are email and SMS, with VK notifications, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. as future options);
— Create and launch mailings: prepare texts and templates, layout, build segments, configure sending, monitor and report;
— Segment databases and personalize mailings: research target audiences, build communication maps for each segment, create user profiles by segment, analyze customer experience after the first conversion and at every stage of the funnel;
— Maintain hygiene and order in the mailing database (reactivation, retention, database verification).
📌 What we expect
— You can manually launch mailings from the CDP Loymax/Mindbox;
— You understand the principles of email marketing and the mechanics of trigger and cascading sequences;
— You can work in a team: assign tasks to contractors (designer, copywriter, layout specialist, developer) and control deadlines.
