Position Media Buyer About the company: gnuvpn.com is a tech-driven VPN service that helps users around the world stay secure and access content. We are actively developing our mobile direction and are looking for a paid traffic specialist with strong expertise. What you will be doing: 1. Launching and testing campaigns for app installs, registration events and subscription purchases, and driving traffic to landing pages. Working with various ad formats (images, videos, carousels) and targeting options (keywords, interest-based audiences, look-alikes). Integrating end-to-end analytics via the Adjust tracker. 2. Analytics, reporting and strategic planning: End-to-end analytics in conjunction with partner networks (Adjust). Daily monitoring of metrics (CPI, CR to install, ROAS, LTV). A/B testing hypotheses for targeting, audiences and creatives. 3. Tactical planning: developing weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for gradual scaling of results. Our expectations for the candidate: Must have: 3+ years of experience working with the specified Ads platforms (proven cases). Understanding of the mobile marketing funnel: impression → install → trial → subscription. Ability to work with mobile analytics (Adjust) and tracking links. Analytical mindset, confident Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with UAC (Google Universal App Campaigns). Experience with In-App placements (ads inside other apps). Basic visual editing skills (to quickly adapt creatives for CPP) - Figma, AI tools. English at Intermediate level or higher (for working with international ad accounts and support).
