📋 What you will do
- Receive new cases and verify the accuracy of information
- Draft cases in the AccessDS system
- Work with clients to obtain missing information needed to process claims
- Sort and prepare a medical document list when required
- Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines
- Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on location, availability, and client requirements
- Ensure the assigned physician has no conflict of interest
- Provide clients with frequent updates on active cases
- Clarify referral details and ensure proper documentation is provided

- Associate’s Degree preferred
