- Analyze the efficiency of debt collection processes
- Build and maintain reporting for all stages of the collection process
- Monitor debt recovery rates and collection strategy effectiveness
- Analyze customer payment behavior
- Identify factors impacting the level of overdue debt
- Evaluate the performance of internal and external collection teams
- Formulate recommendations for improving collection strategies
- Analyze customer segments and communication performance
- Automate reporting and analytical processes
- Collaborate with Collection, Risk, Product, and Contact Center teams

✅ What we expect
- At least 1 year of experience as an analyst
- Experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of collection metrics and credit portfolios
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail

- MFO experience is mandatory
- Experience in banking or fintech is an advantage
- Understanding of collection scorecards and recovery strategies
- Experience dealing with overdue debt
- Experience in forecasting payment behavior
