📌 What you will do
— Search for, launch, scale, and retain key advertisers in the gambling vertical with a focus on profitability and sustainability;
— Build effective collaboration with partners at all levels, optimize terms, control traffic quality, and ensure long-term cooperation;
— Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term business growth plans, and participate in key commercial decision-making;
— Build the department structure, participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development, and implement standards, KPIs, and work regulations;
— Create and maintain a knowledge base, and standardize commercial and operational processes.
📌 What we expect
— Hands-on experience managing BizDev / Sales / Partnerships in iGaming, with real results;
— Ability to build, develop, and retain an effective Business Development team, set work standards, communicate requirements, and be an authority for the team;
— Ability to work with numbers, analyze partners, make data-driven decisions, and build growth strategies based on metrics and facts.
