📌 What you will do — Search for and develop strategic partnerships (including payment systems); — Analyze markets, evaluate partnership terms, and propose optimal cooperation models; — Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and presentations; — Conduct negotiations and manage the full sales cycle; — Work closely with product and integration teams; — Set up and manage internal and external partnership processes; — Build and lead a small team (or take over management of an existing team). 📌 What we expect — 5+ years of experience in similar sales/business development roles (fintech/crypto sector); — Proven experience in B2B sales and partner relationship management; — Experience working with payment systems and API integrations; — Strong market research and commercial assessment skills; — Participation in industry events; excellent presentation skills; — Strong organizational skills and ownership of processes. 📌 We offer — 5/2 work schedule, 8-hour workday, flexible start from 8:00-10:00; — Sea view from the office (first line) in Cyprus; — Relocation package; — Corporate English lessons; — Gym and SPA in the office; — Corporate meals.
