📋 What you will do
- Identify and prospect VIP leads in target segments
- Design and execute highly personalized outbound strategies
- Generate and qualify high-impact business opportunities
- Research target accounts, their structure, needs, and decision makers
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure effective handoff and deal closure
- Maintain and update the CRM
- Analyze prospecting and conversion metrics
- Provide market insights and feedback on the ICP

✅ What we expect
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or BDR
- Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services is a plus
