📋 What you will do

  • Identify and prospect VIP leads in target segments
  • Design and execute highly personalized outbound strategies
  • Generate and qualify high-impact business opportunities
  • Research target accounts, their structure, needs, and decision makers
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure effective handoff and deal closure
  • Maintain and update the CRM
  • Analyze prospecting and conversion metrics
  • Provide market insights and feedback on the ICP

What we expect

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or BDR
  • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services is a plus
  • Proven hunter mindset and outbound lead generation experience
  • Track record of working with enterprise or high-value mid-market clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with C-level and other executive profiles
  • Strong results orientation and resilience
