📌 Responsibilities
— Search for and attract new advertisers;
— Onboard advertisers to the platform and support their first steps;
— Test and scale new niches (nutra and dating);
— Develop business units together with the account, analytics, and product teams.
📌 What we expect
— You have already worked as a bizdev or sales manager for at least 1 year. Preferred, but not required;
— You know English at B2 level or higher (business correspondence and calls);
— You can calculate, analyze, and compare numbers;
— You are interested in growth, results, and a transparent KPI system.
📌 We offer

— 5/2 work schedule, office/hybrid format, from 13:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 23:00 with a flexible start to the working day.
