📌 What you will be doing
— Define the development direction for the GEO;
— Plan key annual metrics with subsequent quarterly and monthly adjustments;
— Allocate the acquisition structure together with the responsible departments (Partner Program, Perform, Acquisition);
— Prepare and analyze reporting on an ongoing basis. Identify problem areas and develop methods to eliminate them;
— Provide reporting to teams, the CMO, and the company’s top management;
— Plan projects for your GEO, update them, and report on them;
— Coordinate the work of the GEO group;
— Communicate with related departments (Product, Design, Payments) to improve performance.
📌 What we expect
— At least 3 years of experience as a regional lead, marketing director, or in a similar position;
— Successful experience launching and developing online B2C projects / SaaS products;
— Knowledge of key business development metrics and experience managing an investment budget;
— Deep understanding of digital marketing, including media buying, partner programs, brand awareness, retention, SMM, SEO, SERM, and much more;
— Experience managing distributed teams and interacting with cross-functional teams;
— Fluency in English and Russian, with strong persuasive presentation and argumentation skills.
