The kind of team people are constantly hunting for in spy tools. We have been in the market for 8 years, regularly scaling and launching new directions. We have established processes, a strong team, and our own ecosystem: development, farming, payment solutions, and a creative department — everything media buyers need to focus on results rather than “hunting for resources”. Among the verticals in active growth and development is FINANCE, and right now the key task is to strengthen this direction with a strong BizDev who can provide the company with a stable flow of partners and deals. Someone who will maintain relationships with them and directly influence the revenue growth of the direction through partner management, terms, and traffic distribution. Someone who will literally act as a conduit for money from brokers and networks to us. Our team is made up of the strongest professionals. That is why we are looking for someone with experience. With a background. With cases. Someone who does not need everything “spoon-fed”. There is no time to ramp up, for God's sake) Tasks: Search for and onboard new brokers and partners for buying needs. Negotiate rates, payouts, terms, guarantees, volumes. Launch partners from scratch: from first contact to readiness to accept traffic. Control integrations, tracking, and the proper operation of the connected partner. Work closely with buyers and team leads:   • find GEOs and deals based on requests;   • distribute caps;   • help place traffic. Analyze the market: GEOs, trends, new directions, competitors. Propose new growth points. Scale successful funnels through new advertisers. Handle the financial side: deal records, control of volumes, payouts (including guarantees), debts. External activity and networking: participation in conferences, maintaining live contacts with partners and competitors to find insights and market trends. Who you will work with: Real traffic volumes, not a “sandbox”. Buying teams that can quickly test and scale. Internal infrastructure (development, tracking, analytics) The market: advertisers, affiliate networks, conferences, insights. Our expectations: 2+ years of experience as a BizDev in the Finance vertical. Your own database of brokers and networks. Understanding of the traffic arbitrage model and the affiliate market (you understand what terms are needed for a team to run traffic consistently). Understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and key metrics (you know how to analyze and find the cause of problems based on analytics). Ability to negotiate and secure better terms (you are proactive, persistent, and involved). Ability to work with volumes and take responsibility for money. English (Upper-Intermediate B2) — required.
