📌 Responsibilities
— Preparing texts for email newsletters and social media in an informational style (based on provided article materials);
— Implementing and monitoring advertising campaigns: managing promotions; preparing marketing materials; preparing technical assignments for the designer; developing creative strategy; preparing website content;
— Supporting the sales department: preparing scripts and monitoring their use; working with product feedback; helping onboard new employees;
— Organizing training for sales department specialists: preparing a training plan; preparing trainings and tests; answering questions;
— Improving the efficiency of sales department employees and increasing sales through call listening and quality control of applications and calls.
📌 What we expect
— Experience in sales or marketing;
— Higher education;
— MS Office, writing sales copy, preparing sales presentations;
— Analytical skills, ability to systematize and structure information, multitasking, stress resistance.
