📌 What you will do
— Communicate with clients (department heads, company executives / IT specialists) via Zoom — (60% of your working time);
— Conduct business analysis of sales processes and department interaction in client companies to identify all “problem” and weak points;
— Find ways to optimize processes or strengthen control over them, and automate this using Bitrix24 CRM tools;
— Prepare technical specifications for the system configuration specialist;
— Build a customized company portal from different system modules (like assembling the client’s required figures from a LEGO set);
— Connect various virtual telephony services, corporate email, website lead capture forms, etc. to the CRM;
— Record all implementation details and stages, communication history, and plan your activities and tasks in our CRM (in other words, you will be teaching and configuring the very tools you use and understand yourself).
📌 What we expect
— Experience configuring or working as an analyst with Bitrix24 products is required; in exceptional cases, experience with related products such as amoCRM, telephony, or end-to-end analytics systems will be considered;
— You are diligent and like everything to be done not “formally,” but perfectly, even in the smallest details;
— You approach work responsibly and can bring it to a logical conclusion with a result;
— You are systematic — you love when everything is in its place and neatly organized, and of course, you can’t stand when something is left unfinished;
— You would like to influence your own results and not depend on external factors.
📌 We offer
— Compensation: fixed salary + bonuses + additional incentives;
— Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 (your local time), with Saturday and Sunday off;
— Employment under the Russian Labor Code immediately after the internship (paid);
