About the vacancy
ArbiHunter is a specialized HR platform in the digital and affiliate marketing industry. We are developing an ecosystem of high-potential projects, connecting businesses and top specialists around the world for scaling, growth, and mutual development.
We are looking for a strong Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager with experience, who can become the right hand and, if necessary, fully take over the marketing area.
What you will be doing:
• Working with the UGC direction, ambassadors, copywriters (control, coordination, scaling, participation in hiring)
• Participating in the launch and management of marketing campaigns (experience is required, as well as the ability to independently launch ads for apps)
• Monitoring metrics, results, and performance
• Interacting with partners, buying advertising, managing collaboration agreements
• Planning and overseeing conferences (promo models, nominations, contests, and other PR activities)
• Managing social media
Candidate requirements:
• Experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience independently setting up ads for mobile apps (important)
• Understanding of funnels, creatives, and traffic buying
• Experience working with teams / contractors
• Ability to keep several processes under control at the same time
• Independence and a sense of responsibility
