We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to build a powerful partner network and multiply volumes. 💼 Responsibilities: • Actively search for and attract new partners • Develop and scale current partner campaigns • Enter new GEOs and find growth points (Tier 2–3 priority) • Conduct negotiations, agree on terms, and increase deal margins • Build long-term relationships with partners and retain them • Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams 👤 Requirements: • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (with an advertiser or network) • Practical experience working with RevShare / Hybrid models • Understanding of the specifics of Tier 2–3 GEOs • Having your own partner base will be a major advantage • Strong understanding of traffic metrics and economics • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to “close” deals • Proactivity, focus on results and growth ✍ Conditions: • Competitive income: fixed salary + % of profit + performance bonuses • Transparent motivation system with no ceiling • Fast onboarding and support at the start • Work with a growing brand and real influence on product development • Participation in international conferences and events at the company’s expense ✅ Want to grow together with the brand and deliver strong results — send a DM / send your CV using the contacts below 👇
