🔗Your area of responsibility:
— Working with the database and retaining it;
— Closing and increasing repeat deposits (RD);
— Sales through live dialogue and understanding lead psychology;
— Meeting targets and tracking personal KPIs.

Our ideal candidate:
• 6+ months of experience with scheme traffic;
• Understanding of RD logic and working with repeat deposits;
• Ability to sell without template scripts;
• Willingness to work a night schedule.

✨Work schedule:
17:00–05:00 (MSK) 
in a 7/0 format

❗️There is no training — we consider only specialists with experience.
