🔥 Team Lead in Call Center (iGaming) We are expanding our team and looking for a leader who is ready not just to “manage”, but to build a customer service ecosystem in a dynamic vertical! GEO: TIER1, TIER2 🚀 What you’ll be doing: • Helping create the “CRM + IP telephony” setup — making the department’s work as efficient as possible. • Updating the knowledge base (instructions, regulations, scripts). • Training the team on the product and platform specifics, sharing expertise. • Negotiating with a warm user base, preventing churn, and working on LTV. • Developing and offering personalized terms for clients. 🎯 What we expect from you: • 1+ year of experience in a Call Center or sales (iGaming is a huge plus). • English B2+ or German B2+ (fluent). • Soft skills: ability to listen, proactivity, and the ability to stay calm in stressful moments. ⌛️ Schedule (Evening Shifts): We work during prime time: • Wed-Thu: 15:00 – 00:00 (GMT+3) • Fri-Sun: 18:00 – 03:00 (GMT+3) A floating shift schedule is possible. 💫 Why us? • Remote work and no bureaucracy. • A combination of management and real hands-on practice. • Voluntary health insurance, compensation for sports, English, and professional courses. • Income 1500$ +KPI • A fast-growing product and a great team. 📩 Apply: @hi_pollly
