Customer Support Manager We are an agency service that helps traffic arbitrageurs work consistently with advertising accounts. We have already been chosen by 350+ teams and solo buyers, and we continue to grow actively. We are now looking for an attentive and tech-savvy Customer Support specialist (experience is not required; the main thing is the desire to work) 💼 WE OFFER: — 2/2 schedule from 10:00–22:00 GMT+3 — Fully remote work format — Training within the team — Stable payouts twice a month, paid vacation and sick leave, and lots of other perks — No bureaucracy, toxicity, or “unnecessary hassle” 💬 WHAT YOU WILL DO: — Communicate with clients on issues related to the financial side — Confidently work in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters — must) — Fill in financial spreadsheets and promptly enter data — Monitor client balances and maintain reporting — Be comfortable with large volumes of numbers and data 🚀 READY TO WORK WITH US?
