- Managing a team of content managers, organizing and overseeing the department’s work;
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing the content strategy;
- Continuously analyzing engagement and adjusting the content plan based on audience response.

💻What we expect from the candidate:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar position;
- Practical understanding of ROMI, conversion metrics, and other key performance indicators for content campaigns;
- Successful experience managing a team, developing it, and coordinating its work;
- Experience with multi-GEOs (LATAM is an advantage);
- Experience developing and implementing content strategies for account boosting and binary options verticals (forex will be a plus).
