**Twitter | X Growth Manager ** About the company: We are an international holding company with 7+ years of expertise in dating and performance marketing, launching a new AI direction. We are scaling an already proven business model that has demonstrated its effectiveness for years in the creator and adult verticals. At the moment, we are applying the same methods to our AI project, using Twitter (X) as the primary traffic source, which is why we are looking for a Growth Manager with experience working with Twitter (X) traffic in grey verticals. Your tasks: — Setting up and launching X infrastructure: software, proxies, fingerprint, Mother-Child networks. — Automated posting of AI content through a network of accounts (content is prepared by an AI creator). — Trend & Comment Hijacking without spam. — Working with Trust Score, warming up accounts, and anti-shadowban mechanics. — Scaling the network (50–100+ accounts) and testing new approaches. — Monitoring CTR, clicks, and conversions. Candidate profile: — Experience working with Twitter/X traffic in Dating / Crypto / Adult or other grey verticals. — Experience working with Mother-Child networks and aged accounts. — Understanding of Trust Score, shadowban, limits, and anti-spam systems. — Proficiency with XReacher, Dubmin, or similar tools. — Experience managing 50–100 accounts simultaneously in an automated setup. — English for working with X trends and content.
