What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or BizDev
  • Strong understanding of profitability and ROI metrics
  • Knowledge of the market, traffic sources, and current products
  • Ability to find unconventional channels and private partner contacts
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close partnership agreements
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
