📋 What you will do
- Lead a team driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell revenue across transactional and enterprise motions
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound activity, account expansion, and partner engagement
- Build a culture of proactive pipeline creation to reduce reliance on renewals
- Maintain high standards for pipeline quality, deal progression, and execution
- Enforce deal inspection frameworks and lead accurate forecasting
- Coach sales reps on value-based selling and customer-centric problem solving
- Refine ICP, messaging, and GTM strategies for evolving products like Dash
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to accelerate pipeline

✅ What we expect
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience

- Proven track record of driving pipeline and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals
- Experience selling multi-product or platform-based enterprise solutions
- Strong background in outbound-driven environments and pipeline creation
- Experience in a transformation environment (PLG to SLG)
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
