📋 What you will do

  • Lead a team driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell revenue across transactional and enterprise motions
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound activity, account expansion, and partner engagement
  • Build a culture of proactive pipeline creation to reduce reliance on renewals
  • Maintain high standards for pipeline quality, deal progression, and execution
  • Enforce deal inspection frameworks and lead accurate forecasting
  • Coach sales reps on value-based selling and customer-centric problem solving
  • Refine ICP, messaging, and GTM strategies for evolving products like Dash
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to accelerate pipeline

🛠 Stack and skills

Salesforce Gong Outreach Sales Navigator MEDDPICC / SPICED Command of the Message (or equivalent) SaaS sales methodologies PLG & SLG models

What we expect

  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals
  • Experience selling multi-product or platform-based enterprise solutions
  • Strong background in outbound-driven environments and pipeline creation
  • Experience in a transformation environment (PLG to SLG)
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders
