• Embed within marketing teams and transform their workflows with AI
• Identify and document the highest-leverage transformations in daily workflows
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers
• Guide marketers from first wins to full AI integration and self-sufficiency
• Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own AI tools
• Recognize recurring patterns and scale successful solutions across the team
• Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for the FDA team
• Make team wins visible to peers and leadership
• Track marketer progress against an AI-first maturity model
• Prepare marketers for autonomous, multi-agent workflows
