**Affiliate Lead (IGaming, Turkey)** About the company We are a fast-growing iGaming company focused on performance marketing and international markets. We are building a product, scaling, testing hypotheses, and are now looking for a strong Affiliate Lead ready to influence results and grow with us. 🔴Tasks: - Developing and scaling affiliate traffic in priority markets (including Turkey) - Building and managing a partner network: webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks - Building a system for assessing traffic quality and partner effectiveness - Achieving and meeting KPI: FTD, cFTD, ROAS - Negotiating with key partners and closing agreements - Finding new acquisition channels and growth points - Analytics, reporting, forecasting 🔴We expect: - Experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming - Understanding of traffic economics and metrics (FTD, cFTD, ROAS) - Ability to scale profitable sources - Strong negotiation skills and partnership development skills - Experience working with the Turkish market will be a plus 🔴Will be a plus: - Experience working inside the product (operator side) - Having your own contact base - Experience building an affiliate direction from scratch 🔴We offer: - Remote work format; - Competitive salary (payments in cryptocurrency); - Unlimited bonus system - Influence on the strategy and development of the direction - Dynamic environment and fast decisions - Schedule 5/2, full-time; **📱**** To contact us: ****@pavlusha750** #affiliates_manager ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅
