❕We are looking for an experienced __TL of Sales__ who can build an effective sales funnel and take the team to the next level!
__▪️__**What you will be doing:**
• Building projects and optimizing funnels from scratch;
• Managing the sales team;
• Writing and updating scripts for handling objections;
• Analyzing metrics and finding growth points;
• Keeping reports on the department, conversion, and results;
• Participating in recruitment, interviews, and evaluation of new candidates.
__▪️__**What matters to us:**
• Experience as TL of Sales **in promotions -** **from 1 year**;
• Experience in building projects from scratch;
• Full involvement in the work;
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking;
• Independence, initiative, and a focus on growth.
