**Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager — iGaming / Online Casino** Vertical: iGaming / Online Casino Format: remote Employment: full-time GEO: Canada, LATAM — Bolivia / Ecuador We can also consider other GEOs for the crypto direction if the candidate has high-quality traffic and working partner contacts. There are restricted countries the project does not work with. We need a person who can not just correspond with partners, but truly develop the affiliate direction: find quality partners, negotiate terms, launch traffic, control quality, analyze numbers, and scale results. ** Main responsibilities:** • Search for, onboard, and manage affiliate partners. • Develop the partner base and reactivate current/old partners. • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models. • Negotiate rates, caps, hold, KPIs, payouts, and individual terms. • Traffic quality control: fraud, bot traffic, fake registrations, low-quality FTD, multi-accounting. • Analyze metrics: FTD, Reg2Dep, CR, ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, ARPU, retention. • Work with trackers, postbacks, S2S tracking, affiliate links, UTM. • Work with sources: SEO, PPC, FB, Telegram, ASO, In-App, Push, Email, Influencers, media buying. • Prepare reports by partners, GEOs, sources, and performance. • Interact with risk / finance / product / retention teams on disputed cases and traffic quality. • Participate in the development of the affiliate program, terms, offers, and anti-fraud approach. **Requirements:** • Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming / casino / from 4 years. • Experience on the side of a direct advertiser or a strong affiliate network will be a plus. • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models. • Ability to attract and develop partners, not just support existing ones. • Experience working with FTD, ROI, NGR, CR, LTV, and traffic quality. • Understanding of postbacks / S2S / tracking links / UTM. • Ability to identify fraudulent, incentivized, and low-quality traffic. • Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with partners. • English for communication with international partners. ** Will be a plus:** • Experience with Affilka / Keitaro • Experience with Canada / LATAM / Bolivia / Ecuador. • Having your own partner base. • Experience launching an affiliate direction or GEO from scratch. • Experience working with Tier-1 / LATAM / crypto traffic. • Experience with anti-fraud, traffic quality control, caps, hold, and risk checks. • Experience participating in conferences and networking with partners. ** What we offer:** • Remote work format. • The opportunity to influence the development of the affiliate direction. • Fast decision-making without unnecessary bureaucracy. • Work with Canada, LATAM, and the crypto direction. • Flexible terms for strong candidates. • Compensation is discussed individually: fixed + KPI / another format depending on the candidate’s experience and level.
