📋 What you will do
- Lead and manage the Brand design team (brand, motion, web, enterprise marketing)
- Own hiring, team development, and career growth for the Brand org
- Define long-term brand strategy, vision, narrative, and guidelines
- Partner with the Creative Director to maintain visual quality and brand coherence
- Run the operating model for launches, campaigns, and GTM moments
- Build a production workflow that balances speed and craft
- Act as the point of contact for cross-functional partners (Comms, Product Marketing, Partnerships)
- Manage vendor relationships, contractors, and external agencies

🎁 What we offer
- Salary: $195,000 – $310,000 per year
