📋 What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Brand design team (brand, motion, web, enterprise marketing)
  • Own hiring, team development, and career growth for the Brand org
  • Define long-term brand strategy, vision, narrative, and guidelines
  • Partner with the Creative Director to maintain visual quality and brand coherence
  • Run the operating model for launches, campaigns, and GTM moments
  • Build a production workflow that balances speed and craft
  • Act as the point of contact for cross-functional partners (Comms, Product Marketing, Partnerships)
  • Manage vendor relationships, contractors, and external agencies

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $195,000 – $310,000 per year
