Affiliate Manager in CPA Network (Remote | E-commerce, Nutra)

📋 What you will do

• Search for and acquire new webmasters through diverse channels
• Sell offers and payouts to partners and handle objections
• Develop motivation strategies and manage referral programs
• Optimize affiliate workflows and communication feedback loops
• Onboard and manage affiliates from registration to first payout
• Monitor traffic quality, approval rates, and performance metrics
• Mentor partners to scale traffic volume and improve performance
• Create educational content, manuals, and case studies
• Provide technical support for creatives, landing pages, and tracking
• Automate routine tasks to scale affiliate management capacity
