📋 What you will do
- Design AI-native retrieval, reasoning, and quality evaluation systems
- Build systems for real-time web information search, verification, and utilization
- Develop eval methodologies and new quality metrics
- Drive key technical and product decisions for agent-native search
- Transition research concepts into production systems
- Collaborate closely with search, ML, and infrastructure teams

Recommendation, personalization, ranking, search, ads, marketplaces, feed systems
English
✅ What we expect
- 8+ years of experience in Applied AI, ML, or Software Engineering
- Proven track record of deploying ML/AI systems to production
- Full professional proficiency in English
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: €120K–200K per year
- Full-time (outside RU/BY)
- Location: Amsterdam or London
