🔥Head of Forex Sales🔥 Vertical: FOREX / Trading 🌐Geo: Brazil We are looking for an experienced leader who not only manages and oversees sales, but can build a structured sales department, scale results, and take the team to new performance levels. ✍️ Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and develop the team of managers • Meet and exceed the department's revenue targets • Optimize the sales funnel, work on conversion and scripts • Develop the sales strategy and control quality 👀 Skills that matter to us: • Successful experience managing a sales department in fintech/Forex/binary • Experience working with Latin America.
