📋 What you will do
- Grow and engage the creator community across ANZ
- Develop programs, campaigns, and communications to attract and retain creators
- Support the creator community program for Australia and New Zealand
- Plan creator engagement through community channels, incentive programs, and ambassadors
- Lead end-to-end creator challenges
- Manage the community calendar across email, online forums, and webinars/events
- Plan creator events and in-person meetups with creators
- Define, track, and analyze program success metrics
- Leverage AI to accelerate and simplify creator communications

✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience managing creators and/or strategic partners in Australia & New Zealand
- Strong project management, execution, data collection, and analysis skills
- Ability to use AI to improve the speed and quality of day-to-day work
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
