📋 What you will do
- Develop and execute growth strategies for content suppliers in Brazil and Hispanic LATAM
- Foster meaningful relationships with the creator community
- Develop engagement and retention programs with regional partner managers
- Lead creator incentive programs end-to-end including gamified content creation
- Plan and execute virtual and IRL creator events
- Support development of materials to educate creators on Pinterest features
- Leverage AI to accelerate and simplify community communications
- Analyze key success metrics and translate findings into actionable growth recommendations

✅ What we expect
