📋 What you will do
- Lead and scale the Marketing Data Science function
- Set and implement the vision and strategy for Marketing Analytics
- Drive business outcomes and deliver impact for the Growth organization
- Prioritize team work and improve internal processes using AI
- Own marketing reporting and analysis across paid, owned, and integrated channels
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools
- Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methodologies to estimate impact
- Translate complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership on investment strategy

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or a quantitative field
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company
- Demonstrated record of using data to drive measurable business impact
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
- Strong statistical foundation and expertise in marketing measurement
- Exceptional stakeholder management and experience influencing senior leadership
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: $217,000 – $300,000 base
