📋 What you will do

  • Lead and scale the Marketing Data Science function
  • Set and implement the vision and strategy for Marketing Analytics
  • Drive business outcomes and deliver impact for the Growth organization
  • Prioritize team work and improve internal processes using AI
  • Own marketing reporting and analysis across paid, owned, and integrated channels
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools
  • Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methodologies to estimate impact
  • Translate complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership on investment strategy

What we expect

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or a quantitative field
  • 8+ years in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company
  • Demonstrated record of using data to drive measurable business impact
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
  • Strong statistical foundation and expertise in marketing measurement
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and experience influencing senior leadership

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: $217,000 – $300,000 base
