📋 What you will do
- Set and implement the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketing analysts
- Prioritize the team’s work and improve processes using AI
- Own marketing reporting and analysis across paid, owned, and integrated channels
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools
- Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methodologies to estimate impact
- Translate complex analyses into recommendations for leadership and partner with executives

- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company

- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership influence skills
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
- Proven record of using data to drive business impact in consumer marketing
🎁 What we offer
- Base salary: $217,000 - $300,000 per year
