📋 What you will do

  • Set and implement the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of marketing analysts
  • Prioritize the team’s work and improve processes using AI
  • Own marketing reporting and analysis across paid, owned, and integrated channels
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools
  • Use MMM, experimental, and quasi-experimental methodologies to estimate impact
  • Translate complex analyses into recommendations for leadership and partner with executives

What we expect

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and high standards
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership influence skills
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams
  • Proven record of using data to drive business impact in consumer marketing

🎁 What we offer

  • Base salary: $217,000 - $300,000 per year
