📋 What you will do
- Source and track opportunities to promote customer wins
- Work with product marketing, partner marketing, sales, customer success, marketing operations, and demand generation teams
- Track and report on program performance, participation, customer reception, content output, and pipeline and deal influence
- Build a portfolio of customer advocates through online and in-person engagements
- Interview customers and product leaders to create case studies, video testimonials, promotional quotes, and presentation assets
- Design, deliver, and continuously optimize programs and incentive strategies for customer advocacy
- Run programs that generate high-quality customer reviews on Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and TrustRadius
- Model best practices, improve processes, and drive adoption of AI tools and cross-team efficiencies

✅ What we expect
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or advocacy at a B2B technology company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
