📋 What you will do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across LATAM
- Drive brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and accelerate pipeline
- Own the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of regional initiatives including MAMA
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, SDRs, and Global Marketing teams
- Adapt global campaigns, content, and messaging to ensure relevance across LATAM
- Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, and internal processes
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable recommendations
