📋 What you will do
- Develop and maintain .NET, Node.js, and React Native applications (Web & iOS)
- Design and implement APIs, integrations, and business logic
- Build frontend functionality and user interfaces
- Optimize database and application performance
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and maintain development standards
- Coordinate development, estimate tasks, and plan sprints
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
