📋 What you will do
- Audit Proxmox VE, LXC, and storage infrastructure
- Verify Proxmox Backup Server and current backup processes
- Perform secure restore tests in an isolated environment
- Recover and rebuild problematic LXC containers
- Assess infrastructure risks
- Recommend deletion-resistant, immutable, and offsite backup solutions
- Perform basic security hardening on production systems
- Prepare a concise report on findings, risks, and action plans

✅ What we expect
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Proven hands-on experience with Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server
- Experience with LXC troubleshooting and container/VM recovery
- Understanding of storage, filesystems, and image formats
- Competence in backup and restore testing
- Careful approach to production work with excellent communication regarding risks
🎁 What we offer
- Rate: $15–30/hour (net)
