**Traffic Handler (calls, not a call center) ** **Who:** Girls** (priority) ** **Conditions**: fixed payment per shift + KPI for each call **Vertical**: Investments **What you will do:** - Communicate with hot/warm clients on calls. - Handle objections, answer client questions - Help clients regain trust and start working again. - 10-30 +- calls per day (call duration 2-15 minutes) **Who we are looking for:** • **Conversational Kazakh will be a plus. ** • Experience in sales / client communication will be a plus • Experience in processing investment leads from 1 month, so that you have an understanding • Ease of communication and a positive attitude toward people • Ability to work in stressful situations. • Readiness to be fully engaged in the work and not treat it as a side job **We offer:** – Remote work from your phone – Schedule from 08:30-20:30 Moscow time, days off on request (3 per month). – Fixed payment per shift from 30$ + KPI for each call – Payments every week on Monday – A team that supports and helps.
