Influence Manager

📋 What you will do

• Find, recruit, and manage streamers from initial contact to contract signing
• Conduct market analysis to identify growing niches and competitive opportunities
• Lead negotiations, define partnership terms, and manage objections
• Onboard new streamers and coordinate with the operations team
• Monitor performance metrics such as views, engagement, and KPIs
• Develop and implement creative proposals, new formats, and retention mechanics
• Plan and organize end-to-end online and offline projects
