📋 What you will do
- Own the retailer narrative and communication strategy across lifecycle
- Lead the Opening Soon initiative to acquire and convert new retailers
- Own go-to-market for complex retailer products end to end
- Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers
- Partner with Product, Revenue, Growth Marketing, and Ops leaders to shape roadmaps
- Design and run quantitative and qualitative customer research
- Model AI adoption and help the team integrate AI tools into their workflow
