📋 What you will do
- Manage infrastructure (~2,000 servers, ~20 providers) as a system
- Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Develop and refactor Ansible roles and playbooks
- Automate manual operational tasks
- Maintain VPN/proxy and network services
- Coordinate with hosting providers and data centers
🛠 Stack and skills
Linux (Debian/Ubuntu)
systemd, sysctl, iptables/nftables, tcpdump, iproute2
TCP/IP, NAT, TLS, routing, MTU/MSS
Ansible
VPN/proxy (WireGuard, OpenVPN, IPSec, Xray, HAProxy, Squid)
✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of senior-level Linux experience
- Deep understanding of the network stack and Linux tools
- Strong expertise in infrastructure automation methodology
- Ability to solve complex technical problems independently
