**Game Mathematician (iGaming / slots), remote**

We are looking for a Game Mathematician for an iGaming team. This is a hands-on role with no people management: the person will be responsible for game mathematics, primarily for slots.

**Responsibilities:**

— Develop and configure mathematical models for games;
— Balance RTP, volatility, hit rate, feature frequency, max win;
— Run simulations and create prototypes;
— Prepare math docs / PAR sheets / probability tables;
— Collaborate with dev and QA during implementation.

**What matters:**

— Experience working as a Game Mathematician in iGaming;
— Experience specifically with slots is mandatory;
— Russian language is mandatory;
— English — B1 or higher, working level is sufficient;
— No need to write production-ready code, scripting / prototyping is enough;
— Location: outside Russia / Belarus / Ukraine.
